International Journal on Homelessness 2023 Conference

The inaugural conference featured a global plenary session, over 70 presentations, various discussion forums, and local site visits to organizations whose work focuses on homelessness or housing. Practitioners from nearly 20 countries attended, including Australia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, England, Hungary, India, Ireland, Japan, Mongolia, Nigeria, Portugal, Scotland, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, United States, Uruguay, and Wales, and with over 100 contributors.

About the Journal

The International Journal on Homelessness (IJOH) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal focused on promoting and advancing scholarly communications and academic discourse among all sectors regarding preventing and ending homelessness locally and globally. Its biennial conference is organized and co-hosted by the International Journal on Homelessness and the Institute of Global Homelessness and convenes up to 400 experts from all over the world for inclusive knowledge exchange on preventing, reducing, and ending homelessness.
